What this site is

RealEstateCashGuru is an educational resource for people researching real estate investing — rental property, cash-flow analysis, financing, and the math behind a deal. We publish free calculators and plain-English guides, and we try to be honest about the limits of both: a calculator can tell you what the numbers say, not what to do with your money.

We are not a brokerage, a lender, a licensed financial adviser, or a real estate listing service. Nothing on this site is individualized investment, legal, or tax advice — see our disclaimer for the specifics.

What we're not

This site does not list live property inventory or claim to represent buyers or sellers. If you're looking for a property listings marketplace, this isn't it — we focus on analysis tools and educational content instead.

How we make money

We plan to earn revenue through display advertising, affiliate partnerships with real estate investing software and services, and lead generation for mortgage and investor-related services, where those relationships are clearly disclosed.
